The Association of Avian Veterinarians says that a parrots diet should consist of 75% pellets and 25% fresh foods.
Fruits, Vegetables, seeds, nuts, and greens are rotated in my flocks diet…and now FLOWERS.
Im guessing that I am late to this game but edible flowers are so fun. These flowers are hollyhocks and I passed them out to the parrots, bunnies, and tortoise.
